Randy Meriwether

Randy has been in sales, sales management and executive sales roles  for more than 18 years, including serving as EVP of Sales and Marketing at numerous high growth companies. He is known to specialize in “startups, blowups and shakeups.”

He has successfully taken multiple companies with severely declining sales revenue and negative cash flow, and transformed them to EBITDA and cash flow positive organizations, allowing them to be positioned and profitably sold.

He was especially noted for leading Pantellos, a supply chain technology company in the energy sector, from a cash bleeding organization to a highly profitable market leader in less than 20 months, culminating in a successful sale to Perfect Commerce.

He has been President of R. L. Meriwether Consulting Group since 2005 and has positioned it to be the leader in accelerating sales growth for companies who have a burning desire to quickly add more zeroes to their bottom line revenue. Speed, decisiveness and measurable results are his trademarks.

Randall is also well known for his “Virtual VP” work where he actively serves on the executive team of many small, emerging technology companies providing them with proven leadership and guidance. Because these companies don’t have a need or a budget for a full time VP of Sales, Randall is able to provide executive level expertise in helping to grow revenue and build out a team without being in a full time position. One of his current clients experienced over 600% growth in the first year with Randy as their Virtual VP of Sales, and are on track to more than double the employee count in the next 9 months.
